解决方法： 在想要安装的模块用 mvn  -X clean install   替代常规的：mvn install

提示: -X 去掉也可以，以及对聚合模块进行 clean install 也会把子模块一并进行 打包安装！

-X,--debug                             Produce execution debug output

如果是在IntelliJ IDEA下，在执行mvn命令时吧mvn去掉就可以 

Working Directory：Maven模块的路径(常规pom所在目录)

Command Line： mvn -X clean install    ==>  -X clean install
